I am a rising senior at Wellesley College majoring in Computer Science and Computational Neuroscience. My research journey began with studying the neural correlates of attention in rats where I learned to write my first pieces of code in matlab and python. From there, I was hooked on learning to code while merging my interests with Neuroscience. Thus, I pursued machine learning and deep learning research. I am working with Lucky Pattanaik on modeling the concept of chirality computationally using machine learning algorithms.
Outside of coding and analyzing data, I compete on the Wellesley Cross Country and Track and Field team as a long distance runner. When I am not running, I spend the remainder of my time listening to podcasts and thinking about all the ice cream I can eat after I run.
